Operations & Architecture Leader
I specialise in designing and scaling the operating infrastructure that lets growing businesses actually function - the playbooks, governance frameworks, delivery standards, and system architecture that sit beneath the strategy.
Over the last few years I've moved increasingly into AI-enabled operations: not just adopting tools, but redesigning workflows around them. At IWG I led the AI strategy for the global Design & Construction function - driving 20–30% efficiency gains across reporting, vendor management, and SOP creation.
Central to my approach is building operating systems that are genuinely usable by the teams that run them. I've designed and built centralised programme management and governance platforms from scratch, including BuildOS - a bespoke system spanning 120+ markets that brought delivery, performance, and initiative tracking into one place.
"The operating model is the product. If you can't build, govern, and iterate on the system that runs the business - the strategy doesn't ship."
Before designing any operating model, I run a structured discovery across seven dimensions. This surfaces what's actually broken, not just what looks broken on the surface. From there I identify the gaps, design the fixes, and sequence the implementation.
Designed and deployed at IWG across the global Design & Construction function. Each phase is staged against foundations readiness, you can't automate what you haven't first standardised.
